Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Store Team Member to support merchandising, inventory, and customer service. Internally referred to as Merchandiser, you will help maximize product inventory, operate POS systems, and assist with online and curbside orders, including potential deliveries.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, attending product training, and staying compliant with alcohol sale laws. Benefits include PTO, health plans, 401(k), and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.

About the role

All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will maximize product inventory and support online business operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience. While both part‑time and full‑time positions generally focus on merchandising responsibilities, you may also be assigned sales, front end or other responsibilities as needed. Internally, you will be referred to as Merchandiser and report to the store management team. You will Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.

You will come with High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 1‑3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Physical requirements (with or without accommodations):

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8‑10 hours a day.
• Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly.
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
