Job summary

Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Stock Team Member to help with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. You will assist with price changes and maintain a fast, organized store environment.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 45 pounds, be comfortable with early mornings or off-hours, and communicate clearly with customers and team members. No prior stock experience is required, but reliability and drive to contribute are essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Lifts 45 pounds or more and can climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• When entering the salesfloor, treat customers with respect and professionalism; adherence to dress code.
• Maintain high commitment and support company initiatives
• Take initiative during each shift to ensure shipment is processed timely
• Report to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude
• Demonstrate a commitment to Kirkland's Home Values
