Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred
• Able to read safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions
• Effective communication, written and verbal
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings
• Able to lift 45 pounds or more, climb ladders, and stock merchandise

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets
• Take personal accountability for individual performance
• Treat customers professionally and adhere to dress code
• Support company initiatives and Kirkland’s Home Values
• Initiate actions to ensure shipments are processed promptly
• Report to shifts with a positive, can-do attitude
