Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative, respectful culture.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations with customers.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Seasonal associates are eligible for paid sick leave accrual upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and stock replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Assist customers at checkout and handle buy-online-pickup-in-store as needed.
• Share product knowledge to help customers find items.
