Job summary

GUESS is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate in Scottsdale to help receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor, while keeping the stock room organized and clean. You will move stock to the floor, replenish inventory, and assist with transfers and returns as needed.

The role requires punctuality, a team mindset, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stock room cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Notify management of shipment discrepancies and missed markdowns.
• Move merchandise from stock room to selling floor and replenish stock as needed.
• Execute transfers, RTVs (Return to Vendor), and manage damages.
• Attend store meetings and participate in inventory processes.
