Job summary

UGG is seeking a Stock Associate to join our stores in the Montgomery County area. In this role you will receive, store, count, and distribute merchandise, verify shipments, and maintain a neat, safe stock room to keep inventory accurate and products ready for customers.

You’ll replenish the sales floor, support Visual Merchandising standards, greet customers, and suggest products to meet demand. Collaboration with the Stock Lead and store team is essential to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• One to two years of retail store experience or management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey Deckers Brands vision to customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and merchandise stock to ensure product availability.
• Maintain neat stock rooms, verify shipments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Replenish and display products on sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
