Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Follow product protection standards.
• Contribute to training of new hires on Kohl's brand standards and inventory procedures.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Demonstrate a customer service mindset and resolve issues promptly.
• Support POS and customer service to speed transactions and enhance experience.
• Meet or exceed individual productivity and loyalty goals.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
