Job summary

Terrain is seeking a Stock Seasonal Sales Associate for our Glen Mills store in Pennsylvania. You will support stock processes, incoming inventory, product placement, and customer pickup while upholding Terrain’s promises to welcome, inspire, inform and appreciate customers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communications with leadership about shipments and restocks, and hands-on involvement in shipment, receiving paperwork, and organizing stock areas.

Qualifications

• Terrain brand fan.
• Basic knowledge of horticulture.
• Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs and push 100lbs on a daily basis.
• Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: contribute to store and customer experience by being positive, respectful, and helpful.
• Teamwork + Communication: participate in daily meetings, share shipment/restock updates, and support team goals.
• Visual + Business Operations: oversee shipment processes, use MPOS and stock apps, maintain organized back-of-house areas.
