Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: client facing retail or service industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, and support stockroom/omni-channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonality
• Engage customers, greet them, and assist with products and services
• Maintain product protection standards
• Assist in training new hires on brand standards and store procedures
