Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation with customers.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Seasonal associates eligible for paid sick leave accrual and potential benefits if moving to regular employment.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customers in store and assist online pickup in store purchases as needed.
• Share passion and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect item.
