Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Stock Associate to verify receipts, deliveries and stock placement in the stockroom. You will support inventory flow, replenishment, and assist in store operations while maintaining a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail experience is preferred, with strong communication skills and comfort with the POS system.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Verify receipts, deliveries, and placement of merchandise in stockroom.
• Maintain product movement and stock levels during peak hours.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and inventory returns.
