Job summary

GUESS Factory is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate at our Arlington, TX store to manage receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise, while keeping the stock room organized and ready for the floor.

You will help replenish items, process transfers, RTVs, and ensure inventory accuracy, while maintaining a clean, positive, and in-store customer-ready environment. This role requires a high school diploma, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Team player with reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends.
• Able to lift 30+ pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stock room organization and cleanliness.
• Move goods from stock to floor and replenish displays.
• Notify management of shipment discrepancies and damages.
• Handle transfers, RTVs, and customer charge sends.
• Participate in inventories and adhere to store policies.
