Under Armour is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate to keep store operations smooth during peak seasons. You will move products from the stockroom to the floor, replenish shelves, and assist the sales team to ensure a fast, seamless shopping experience.

The role offers a dynamic, active environment with opportunities to grow, and requires weekend/holiday availability, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and comfort with technology. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.90 per hour.

Formación

• Must be 18+ (16+ in EMEA)
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs
• Willingness to learn technology (hand-held/mobile devices)
• Interest in professional development and advancement

Responsabilidades

• Process merchandise shipments
• Replenish the sales floor
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods
• Keep store, sales floor, and stockrooms clean and organized
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA process and policy
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations
• Follow UA visual standards for product presentation
• Support safety standards on sales floor and stockroom
• Communicate safety concerns to store leadership
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
• Seize growth opportunities to increase performance
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
