World Market in the United States is seeking team members to deliver a fun, memorable shopping experience while maintaining store standards. You’ll help customers, process freight, stock and merchandise, and support online orders at pickup.

Candidates should be friendly, reliable, and comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs. Hourly pay starts around $15.50–$16.00 with seasonal opportunities and benefits potential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum Age 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and stock replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Checkout customers in-store and handle buy online pickup in store as needed.
• Share passion and product knowledge to help customers find items.
