Job summary

World Market is seeking seasonal team members in Tampa to deliver a fun and memorable shopping experience. You will help customers, process freight, restock shelves, and maintain an organized stockroom while contributing to a safe and welcoming store environment.

We value a can-do attitude, strong communication, and the ability to engage customers. Retail experience is a plus, and the role may include in-store and online pickup interactions with customers.

• Checkout customers in store and handle buy online pickup in store as needed.
• Share passion and product knowledge with customers to help find the perfect item.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

• Process freight and unload trucks
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect “anything.”
