Job summary

World Market is seeking seasonal team members to support store operations and create a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist customers, stock shelves, process freight, and help with online order pickups. Join a team that values authenticity and fun while delivering great finds.

What You’ll Do

• Process freight and unload trucks
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect “anything.”

Experience & Skills

• A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum Age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
