Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate to keep stockrooms and sales floors flowing smoothly during peak times.

You’ll handle shipments, restock shelves, and support the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience. This role is ideal for active individuals seeking extra cash and a collaborative, high-energy team during summer or holiday seasons.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ (16+ in EMEA)
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to stand, lift and move up to 25 lbs/12 kgs per shift
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices)

• Process merchandise shipments

• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods
• Keep store, sales floor and stockrooms clean and organized
• Fulfill omni-channel requests per UA process and policy
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations

• Follow safety standards and report concerns to leadership
• Support loss prevention policies
• Collaborate with teammates to hit store goals

Your Impact

We Count On Our Seasonal Stock Associates To

• Process merchandise shipments
• Replenish the sales floor
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods
• Ensure the store, the sales floor, and stockrooms are cleaned and organized
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience
• Model the UA service culture and customer expectations
• Support, understand and adhere to Under Armour’s visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations when flowing product from the stockroom to the sales floor
• Engage in, maintain and support safety standards on sales floor and in the stockroom; communicate safety concerns to store leadership
• Aware of and follows Loss Prevention policies; advise management of any unusual internal or external activity
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
• Accountable for self-development, while seizing growth opportunities to increase performance
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 18 years old (or 16 years old in the EMEA Region)
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each work shift with or without accommodation
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (such as hand-held and mobile devices)
