World Market in Cary, NC is hiring for our seasonal team. Join a globally inspired retailer offering unique decor, furniture and gifts while enjoying flexible scheduling and a friendly, inclusive culture.

As a team member, you’ll process freight, stock floors, assist customers, and help maintain a safe, welcoming store environment. Retail experience helps, but a can-do attitude and strong communication are valued above all.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and commitment to a collaborative culture.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation with customers.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Minimum age 16 and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customers and support buy online pickup in store as needed.
• Share knowledge about our products to help customers find items.

What You’ll Do

• Process freight and unload trucks
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.

• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed

Experience & Skills
