Job summary

RWS Global is seeking a Production Support Lead for Hersheypark in Hershey, PA, for the seasonal rehearsal and performance period. You will provide daily support to performers, supervise staff, and coordinate logistics with RWS leadership and the client.

Responsibilities include managing backstage operations, reporting, safety protocols, and ensuring timely communication between the director, designers, cast and crew. Housing is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Provide daily support to all Performers.
• Lead and provide staffing supervision and issue mitigation daily.
• Liaison between RWS Leadership and Cast.
• Provide organization and synthesis of technical and artistic information from RWS and Client.
• Communicate needs to troubleshoot technical and operational logistics to General Manager(s) if applicable.
• Assist RWS Leadership and Producer with administrative duties for logistics and programming.
