Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time, seasonal cook to handle food preparation, execution, and safe delivery for customer-facing staff during Colorado Rapids events. You’ll work outdoors, maintain sanitation, and follow banquet and venue directions.

Flexibility for weekends, nights, and weather conditions is required. Two to four years in a fast-paced kitchen, along with a high school diploma or GED, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in fast-paced restaurant, caterer, or similar food service.
• Able to read BEOs, recipes, prep lists, and menus.
• Willing to work outdoors in stadium conditions and variable weather.
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be clean, organized, and maintain sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food for service and event deliveries.
• Execute recipes accurately and ensure timely completion for events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen and prep areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory tasks.
• Coordinate with chefs, supervisors, and venue staff to meet deadlines.
• Move efficiently in a fast-paced stadium environment.
