Aztec Shops Ltd. is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Bartender for Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego. The role involves serving alcohol, providing fast, friendly guest service, and handling cash at the registers during events.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of bartending experience, knowledge of mixology, and the ability to work flexible hours. A Food Handler’s certificate is preferred, and must be 21+ with SB beverage service certification if applicable.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of mixology and basic drink recipes.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol and Beverage Service certification preferred.
• Excellent cash handling and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced stadium environment.
• Serve alcoholic beverages to guests while ensuring age verification.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments at registers and POS.
• Replenish products and maintain adequate stock during events.
• Maintain clean service areas, counters, wells, and guest-facing spaces.
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Assist with inventory and product orders as needed.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
