Job summary

Under Armour, Inc is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales and support daily operations in a fast-paced store environment.

You will assist customers, stock and maintain store standards while contributing to sales goals and omni-channel orders. This seasonal role offers part-time hours with opportunities for advancement and a chance to earn additional income during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in CA).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg.
• Local language fluency; basic English.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand long periods and use technology.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience; collaborate with team.
• Demonstrate ability to work well within a team in fast-paced environments.
• Educate customers about the Rewards program.
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
