Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Clear and effective communication with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Rally House values through positive teamwork and engagement with peers.
• Execute merchandising tasks (folding, hanging, replenishment, recovery) as directed.
• Support floor moves and transitions under supervision.
• Provide a welcoming, energetic customer experience using the Party model.
• Report operational issues, shortages, or concerns to leadership.
