Lids Sports Group in Oklahoma is seeking a Seasonal Sales Help to join our retail team. You will assist customers, maintain engaging product displays, and contribute to a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include meeting revenue goals through excellent service, helping with inventory and shipments, and upholding our visual standards while representing the Lids brand with professionalism and energy. Prior retail experience is a plus, and flexible scheduling is available.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Generate Revenue: Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Generate Revenue: Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Generate Revenue: Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Control Expenses: Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Control Expenses: Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Control Expenses: Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
• Control Expenses: Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
