Academy Sports + Outdoors is hiring a Store Seasonal Team Member at Store 374 in Midlothian, VA. This part-time role supports customers, assists with sales, cashiering, merchandising, and receiving during peak season, and helps keep the store organized and welcoming.

You will work with store teams across cashier, merchandising, receiving, and sales, delivering friendly service, accurate pricing, and efficient checkout. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt to a wide range of processes and procedures.
• Engaging customer service skills supported by effective listening and speaking.
• Proficiency using a handheld or desktop computer, point-of-sale equipment, and a telephone.
• A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed.
