Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or cashier experience preferred.
• Stand/bend/reach/push/pull and lift 15–35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times/hr).
• Stand/walk for up to 4 hours at a time.
• Repetitive motions for up to 2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experience.
• Interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, and commitment to sport or activity.
• Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation of top brands.
• Promote company programs (warranty sales, loyalty program, seasonal promotions).
• Create an inclusive store environment where associates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Perform other tasks as necessary to support the team.
