Qualifications

• Previous related work experience preferred.

• Basic math skills and the ability to understand instructions through reading and writing.
• Proficiency using a handheld or desktop computer, point-of-sale equipment, and a telephone.
• Ability to learn and recall Academy products and services, understand customer needs, and provide assistance.
• A team-first attitude; you're happy to step in wherever you're needed.
