DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a store associate to deliver a friendly, customer-first shopping experience in Mobile, Alabama. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and maintain attractive merchandise presentation across top brands.

The role emphasizes helping shoppers, promoting warranty and loyalty programs, and creating an inclusive, respectful store atmosphere for associates and customers alike. This is a dynamic team environment focused on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experience
• Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in their sport or activity
• Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation of the best brands in sporting goods
• Promote company programs (i.e., warranty sales, loyalty program, seasonal promotions, etc.)
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (associates & customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
• Perform other tasks as necessary, to support the team and the store when business needs arise
