Buff City Soap Franchise in Hickory, NC is seeking a part-time Soap Maker/Retail Associate to deliver high-energy customer service and support product recommendations in a lively retail environment.

You’ll help with storefront operations, participate in product makery tasks, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers bonus potential and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' needs professionally.
• Engage with all clients, build relationships, and understand their needs.
• Make product recommendations confidently to customers.
• Maintain minimum sales targets.
• Ability to multitask: production and customer flow.
• Keep Makery and retail areas clean and organized.
• Work well in a fast-paced, upbeat team environment and follow policies.

Task and Responsibilities:

• Basic Computer skills and knowledge.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.


• Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.


• Dexterity of hands and fingers.


• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs.


• Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch.


• Ability to perform makery cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
