Job summary

Bolton Valley seeks a Snow Maker for the Mountain Operations team to produce and distribute snow on mountain trails this winter season. The role involves starting and stopping the snowmaking system, performing gun runs, and operating snowmobiles to support snow production.

You will place guns and hoses under supervision, manage high voltage and high-pressure systems safely, and contribute to peak-period operations during winter.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Some snowmaking experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in startup and shutdown of snowmaking system.
• Perform gun runs to verify and control snow quality.
• Operate snowmobiles to reach snowmaking destinations.
• Place snow guns and hoses as directed by the Snowmaking Efficiency Manager.
• Operate high voltage equipment and high-pressure air and water systems with safety precautions.
