Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steer/bobcats, etc.
• Proficient use of snow removal equipment including plows, snow blowers, and salt spreaders.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold winter conditions.
• Punctual, reliable and safety-conscious.
• Willingness to work long hours, including holidays during storms.

Responsibilities

• Available to work 24/7 during snowstorms.
• De-icing and snow removal from parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances.
• Operate loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, safe worksites and protect property.
• Record timesheets and follow foreman's directions.
