Job summary

Green Impressions Landscaping is hiring a Snow Plow & Skid Steer Operator for its Winter Operations Team in Northwest Ohio. This seasonal role runs December through February, with 30–40 hours per week on-site at 842 Abbe Road, Sheffield Village, and on-call coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will operate plow trucks, skid steers, and loaders to clear snow, apply de-icing materials, and perform safety checks, coordinating with teammates to meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating snow removal equipment (plow trucks, skid steers, loaders).
• Dependability and safety-minded work ethic.
• Availability for on-call work and long or overnight shifts as weather requires.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test; marijuana is excluded from testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate plow trucks, skid steers, or loaders to clear snow and ice from properties.
• Apply salt and de-icing materials to maintain safe surfaces.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Respond to snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Coordinate with team members to complete snow removal with quality and safety standards.
