Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment (loaders, skid steers, backhoes, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and on-call shifts during storms.
• Strong safety mindset and mechanical aptitude.
• Team player with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders, skid steers, and other equipment for snow removal.
• Clear snow and ice from commercial properties, ensuring safe access.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with the operations team to manage resources effectively.
• Follow all safety protocols while working in challenging weather conditions.
• Respond quickly to snow events and shifting weather needs.
