Job summary

Greene Thumb Landscape is seeking dependable Seasonal Snow Equipment Operators in Indianapolis for the winter season. You will operate company-owned snow removal equipment to keep commercial properties safe and accessible during storms, responding to dispatches in evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

This on-call, part-time role offers training and equipment from the company, overtime opportunities, and a path to return each season based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and snow removal equipment safely.
• Previous experience operating commercial snow removal equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold temperatures and adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from designated reporting locations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned snow removal equipment, including trucks, plows, skid steers, and other snow management equipment.
• Perform snow plowing, snow relocation, and ice management services at assigned properties.
• Apply salt and other de-icing materials as directed.
• Respond promptly when dispatched for winter weather events.
• Complete assigned routes efficiently and safely.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
• Report equipment issues, property concerns, or safety hazards to management.
• Follow all company safety policies and client-specific site requirements.
• Maintain communication with supervisors regarding site completion and service status.
• Represent Greene Thumb professionally while on client properties.
