Qualifications

• 2-4 years of snow grooming experience.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow/slope grooming equipment to maintain resort snow trails and slopes.
• Perform basic inspection and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and communicate issues via 2-way radio.
• Coordinate with coworkers and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide clear, concise direction and support to team members.
