Job summary

The Parking Lot Attendant at Schweitzer Mountain Resort is a key role for guest arrival and services. This position involves directing traffic, guiding cars to parking spaces, and keeping lots safe and organized in all weather conditions.

Work is outdoors with variable weather; you will greet guests, answer questions about shuttle services and resort facilities, and support operations during peak times. This is a part-time seasonal role offering perks including an employee pass and housing

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and English literacy.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Clear communication and courteous customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct guest vehicles to parking spaces and guide to available spots.
• Maintain safe, organized parking and report hazards.
• Answer questions about shuttle services, resort facilities and directions.
• Assist with snow clearing and signage setup as needed.
• Enforce parking policies and coordinate with security when necessary.
