Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Seasonal Rental Associate in Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will assist guests with all aspects of the rental process, including boot fitting and binding adjustment, and help operate the ski check facilities to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School GED or equivalent.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Team-oriented environment with upbeat personality.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.
• Pass certification exams and adjust bindings.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Job may require lifting, shoveling snow, adverse weather conditions and sun exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with all aspects of the rental process and ski check operation.
• Rental functions include information, reservations, selling rental, sport school & ticket products, deposits, upselling, boot fitting and binding adjustment.
• Perform simple maintenance on rental equipment and operate ski check facilities on and off snow.
• Maintain and improve the resort experience by assisting guests in ski area operations.
