Vail Resorts in Vermont is hiring a Winter Seasonal Service Tech for our world-class rental shop. You will deliver exceptional guest service, advise on gear condition and perform tuning and repair work to ensure peak equipment performance.

You will work with a collaborative team, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and benefit from paid training, housing options, and industry-leading perks. Must be 18+ with HS diploma and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience.
• 1-3 years leadership experience or demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others.
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Display mechanical aptitude to tune/repair skis and snowboards (winter only).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition.
• Perform both tuning and repair services for guests.
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
