Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is seeking personnel to operate the employee shuttle and back-up for Guest Tram Drivers during the 2026 operating season. This seasonal role requires driving, safety compliance, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The position includes maintaining logs, pre-trip inspections, and adhering to all Six Flags procedures. Candidates must hold a valid California CDL with passenger endorsement and meet DMV record requirements, and be at least

Qualifications

Must have a positive attitude and provide excellent verbal communication.
Professional appearance and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.
Ability to function well as part of a team and maintain attention to detail and safety.
Must hold a valid California Commercial Class A or B Driver’s License with passenger endorsement.
Must maintain a DMV printout showing no major violations in the last three years and limited other violations.
Must be 18 years or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Safely transport team members and Guests to and from the parking lots in a timely, safe, courteous manner.
Maintain driver logs and complete pre-trip inspections.
Follow Six Flags Operational Procedures and QC Standards.
Adhere to safety requirements for the equipment, including FMCSA regulations.
Maintain shuttle appearance and assist with cleaning and reporting maintenance.
Follow pickup instructions from Dispatcher or Security Personnel.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor or Manager.
