Job description

The purpose of this job is to work with repair department personnel, supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the repair operations and refurbishment operations teams.

Essential Functions (not all‑inclusive):

• Prepare and process invoices for payment in a timely manner
• First line support for tracker for the repair shops
• Assist in preparing unbilled repair report
• Assist in updating repairs within tracker
• Attend weekly staff meetings and prepare the notes from those meetings and distribute accordingly
• Maintain file system of invoices
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office Experience

Pay Rate:

$17 - $17.50/hr depending on location, background and experience.
