Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Shoe Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service while promoting product knowledge and fashion options. You will greet customers, provide tailored assistance, and help drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes helping customers find the right shoes, maintaining store standards, and collaborating on merchandising and promotions. Experience in retail and strong communication skills are valued, with flexible hours including weekends

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
