Job summary

Made In Oregon is seeking a Seasonal Shipper with Ship Station experience to join our Portland, OR team. The role focuses on accurate order selection, packing, and timely shipping to support our high-volume holiday operations.

Shifts run from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week through December 18th. Applicants should be familiar with UPS and US Mail services, including Overnight and Priority Mail, and comfortable using Microsoft and Google tools to track orders and communicate with carriers.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping methods and carriers, including UPS and US Mail (Overnight and Priority Mail).
• Ability to print, pick, pack and ship customer orders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite products (Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs).

Responsibilities

• Printing, picking, packing and shipping customer orders.
• Fulfilling same day shipping guarantees.
• Verifying and stocking received goods.
• Forklift operation.
• Other general warehouse tasks as needed.
