Staff Perm, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Shipping and Packing Associate in Des Plaines, IL to assist with packing holiday cards and preparing shipments during the holiday rush. This contract role offers consistent hours and weekly pay.

You will work 2:30 PM–10:30 PM Monday through Friday with weekend shifts through December 19, and you may be asked to assist with shipping, shrink wrapping, and sorting in Planet Art areas.

Job description

Step into a vital role as a Seasonal Shipping and Packing Associate, supporting the preparation and shipment of holiday cards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This seasonal contract position offers consistent hours and the chance to gain valuable experience in shipping operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for packing holiday cards, preparing products for shipment, and assisting with shipping, shrink wrapping, and sorting tasks. You will work primarily within designated Planet Art work areas and common spaces, wearing identifiable clothing. Availability to work up to seven days a week from Thanksgiving through mid-December is required.

• PAY RATE: $20 per hour

• SCHEDULE: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM Monday-Friday plus weekend work until December 19

Responsibilities

• Be available to work up to 7 days a week from Thanksgiving to just before Christmas.

Required Qualifications

• Pick and packing or general warehouse experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer skills preferred.
