Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Findlay, OH is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to assist customers, help them locate products, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks and stocking, maintain planograms, and support store recovery to keep the floor well merchandised.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes, and occasional night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support store recovery and merchandise maintenance to keep a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
