Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Michaels requires team members to be at least sixteen years or older

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms
• Assist with store recovery, inventory accuracy, and shelf replenishment
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store) and enrollment in rewards programs
