Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking seasonal Servers for Skyland Lodge in Shenandoah National Park, VA. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver an exceptional dining experience in a welcoming environment.

This tipped position pays $9.30 per hour, with weekly pay and employee meal benefits. Opportunities for growth and internal mobility across nationwide properties are available.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and processing credit card payments.
• At least 1 year of experience as a server in a high-volume dining environment.
• High school diploma or GED not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests' needs, present menus and communicate specials, take orders.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following policies and procedures.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments, deliver checks.
• Collaborate with other servers, kitchen and bar staff.
• Perform opening/closing/cleaning and side work, ensure equipment/workspaces are clean and organized.
