Job summary

Lounge by TopGolf in Frisco, TX is seeking a server to deliver prompt, courteous service in a high-energy setting with chef-driven food and a large craft beer and cocktail program.

You will greet guests, take orders, and answer questions on food and beverage selections. Responsibilities include communicating with the kitchen, processing payments in MICROS, and maintaining clean, well-set service areas while upholding standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year serving experience, preferably in high-volume sports/live entertainment.
• Must hold or obtain Food Handlers and TABC certificates upon hire.
• Developed knowledge of wine, spirits and beer with experience selling cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and offer beverage and menu recommendations.
• Communicate dietary needs and meal requirements to the culinary team.
• Record transactions in MICROS and adhere to cash handling standards.
• Present checks, process payments, and ensure guest satisfaction with each course.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service stations throughout the day.
• Set up and break down stations and perform side work as assigned.
• Protect the hotel from liability by monitoring guest over-serving.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
