Qualifications

• The Server is responsible for the service of food and alcoholic beverages, guaranteeing guest satisfaction.
• Must be TIPS certified or comply with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist other servers and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Prepare drinks and deliver to guests according to standards.
• Maintain bar and dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels.
• Ensure knowledge of bar inventory and cocktails; engage guests professionally.
• Communicate with managers and staff to ensure seamless service.
• Follow state liquor laws and HH standards; manage cash and checks.
