Job summary

The Club at Cordillera Mountain in Edwards, Colorado is seeking a Full-Time Server for a seasonal role. The position offers hourly pay between $12.14 and $13.00 and requires strong guest service, POS familiarity, and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Cross-training in bartending is possible as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to guests and answers questions about menu items.
• Takes and delivers food and beverages to guests promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and restocks as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains organized workstation and handles side work duties.
• Responsible for checks and cash transactions and uses the POS system.
• Adheres to service standards for greeting, cocktail service, and food delivery.
• Cross-trains in bartending service.
• Maintains safe work practices and regular attendance.
