Red Jacket Resorts on Cape Cod is seeking dynamic and motivated candidates for Server positions this summer. Join a premier resort and hospitality team, delivering food and beverage with warm, gracious service and upselling when appropriate.

Responsibilities include timely service, complete side work, menu knowledge, and staying informed about all resort activities, events, and outlets. This is a tipped, hourly role with gratuities included.

• Taking and delivering orders in a gracious and efficient manner.
• Full menu knowledge, including ingredients and preparation techniques.
• Ability to sell and upsell all menus.
• Knowledgeable about entire property, including all activities, group functions, outlets, entertainment, and hours of operation.

Red Jacket Resorts, Cape Cod’s premier resort and hospitality company, is seeking dynamic and motivated candidates for Server positions.

The position is responsible for providing the best possible service of food and beverage to all Guests by providing timely and courteous food and beverage service. The ability to serve guests in a warm and gracious manner while anticipating their needs is key to success in this role.

The Server's Responsibilities Include

Compensation

Employee Type: Tipped and Hourly

Salary Minimum: $20.80 inclusive of gratuities
